Woodfire Grill Republic offers a wide range of affordable foods, from its best selling longganiza tacos, burong chicharong bulaklak and spicy kilawin to the all-time favourite sisig, sizzling bulalo, and barbecue samplers, to name a few. Woodfire Grill Republic is also known for its rice: aligue rice, tinapa rice, bagoong rice and of course the ever reliable garlic rice. Exotic foods like nilaga, papaitan, kalderetang kambing and other unusual combinations that cater to the drinking palate are also available. Believe it or not, Woodfire Grill Republic also has its monster burger (pure 1lb beef burger) and a host of sandwiches, sausages and milk shakes for the young and not so young at heart. Soon, Woodfire Grill Republic will be selling the popular Belgian dessert cakes of Heavenly Chocolates for dessert.
